🚗 Eligibility Age

• Minimum age: 20 years (Completed) with a valid driving license.
• Note: If age is below 20, a deduction of ₹600 will be applicable.

📄 Required Documents

• Driving License (DL)
• Passport/Voter ID/Aadhaar Card
• Important: The user must present original documents at the time of vehicle pickup. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without refund (minimum of one-day rental charge).

👤 Who Can Collect the Vehicle?

• Only the person under whose name the booking is made, upon showing valid documents.

⏳ Rental Period

• Minimum 24 hours, calculated from the booking time.

📍 Pickup & Return Location

• The vehicle must be returned to the same location from which it was picked up.

🔐 Security Deposit

•  Required Two Wheeler  along with the original RC (Registration Certificate) for security.

🚗 Kilometer Limit

• Max 300 km per 24-hour booking.

📜 Vehicle Documents Provided

• Original RC, All India Permit, Insurance, Fitness Certificate, PUC & Self-drive documents.

🛠️ Accessories & Tools Provided

• Jack, Spare Tyre, MP3 Player, Toolkit, etc.

⛽ Fuel Policy

• Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

📅 Booking Extension

• Users must extend the booking themselves, subject to vehicle availability.
• Failure to extend will result in a penalty of 50% of total extended fare in addition to the rental charge.

⏳ Late Return Charges

• First Hour: ₹700 penalty.
• After One Hour: 50% of daily rental as a penalty.

🛠️ Vehicle Damage & Repairs

• Repair & damage costs must be borne by the user.
• If damages exceed the security deposit, insurance may be claimed.
• Excluded from Insurance: Tyres, tools, windshield, accessories, interior damage, crane charges.
• Company assessment of damage is final.

🔄 Replacement Vehicle Policy

• Provided within city limits (subject to availability).
• If vehicle issues arise outside city limits, no replacement will be provided, but a refund equivalent to rental will be given.

🚦 Outstation & Traffic Rules

• Users must stop at RTO check posts to pay applicable taxes.
• Any traffic violations & penalties during the rental period are user's responsibility.

🔄 Booking Changes & Cancellations

• If the company modifies or cancels your booking, a full refund will be issued.
• No liability for indirect losses due to such changes.

🔙 Early Return Policy

• No refund for early return before the rental period ends.

🧼 Cleanliness Policy

• No pets, heavy goods, or damaging items allowed.
• Violations will incur a 30% surcharge on cleaning/repair costs.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Before 48 hours: ₹600 or 20% of booking amount (whichever is higher).
• Before 24 hours: ₹1200 or 25% of booking amount (whichever is higher).
• Within 24 hours: One-day rental or 30% of booking amount (whichever is higher).
• No-Show Policy: If the vehicle is not claimed within 2 hours of pickup time, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
